Gigean will be the one to teach Aislings who have mastered any mix of cleric or arcanus the job of Necromancer. To find him, go to the Abandoned Church deep in Filth Forest. Here you will find a hidden entrance to his dwelling.

Necromancers have started to make themselves known in Temauir. After quiet research and grotesque experiments, Gigean is now willing to teach others the way of Necromancy. This will include summoning an undead army and using dark magic to bend what we thought we could keep tame. If the macabre is what your after, seek Gigean.
