The crypt in Mileth is still filled with insects, rodents, demons, and the undead. However, if you travel deeper, you will end up in the burial site for royalty, which hold new monsters to hunt and a book you might need to keep an eye out for. 

 

There are four entrances to Mileth Crypt:

• The obvious main entrance (89, 50);

• Mileth Inn (34, 44) right behind Camille (2, 2) connects to Mileth Crypt 5 (2, 3)

• Warm Cottage in Mileth Village(68, 80) next to the dresser (1, 8) connects to Mileth Crypt 10 (44, 3)

• Mileth Training Center(18, 84) right next to the stairwell leading up(2, 4) connecting to Mileth Crypt 23 (16, 29). 

Royal Crypt can be reached at the end of Mileth Crypt on Floor 30 (17, 21). For the Necra Scribblings quest, please check here.
